Programs for School Age
6-12 Years
The Inspire! School-Age before and after-school program for children ages 5 through 12 offers a comprehensive and nurturing environment for children. Afterschool programs provide a rich opportunity to provide developmental experiences that build competencies and skills, helping children successfully transition from childhood to adulthood. It aligns with the research-backed benefits of high-quality afterschool programs and aims to support children’s academic, social, and emotional well-being.
Interaction
Inspire’s School age program will consistently provide and surround your child with experiences that stimulate their social-emotional needs to help regulate and keep focus. The program provides a safe and nurturing place for all school age children ages 5years to 12years, while also offering supervision and support for their developmental needs. Children have the opportunity to explore creative expression, engage in sports, technology, drama, music, games, and enjoy downtime, promoting cooperative behavior and independent thinking.
Schedules
We recognize the diverse needs of families and prioritize flexibility to accommodate various school schedules. Our program offers a range of options for families including before and after-school care, school breaks, summer break, and holiday breaks. Knowing the needs of all our families, we ensure that our school-agers have a supportive environment during non-school hours. We strive to provide a seamless transition between school and home life through their academic and recreational needs.
Teachers
Our school age teachers provide homework to help to establish good habits, so all children are freed up for more family time at home. Our program’s teachers focus on reinforcing learning and academic activities. With positive reinforcement and relationship building, it supports children’s cognitive, social-emotional and behavioral development.

Spaces
Our school-age programs provide a rich opportunity to provide childhood experiences that build competencies and skills, helping children successfully transition from school life to home life. By providing a safe environment to regulate after school, we ensure school-age children in our care find a delicate balance. We create an environment that is essential in preventing problems and providing invaluable support for children with varieties of childhood experiences.
Communication
With e-daily sheets and teacher communication, parents are provided with real-time updates on their child. From homework completion to activities and curriculum during their time off school, parents are involved with every activity, meal, and more! We aim to not only create a safe environment for children but also build relationships with our families to warrant a safe, healthy and fun program.
“I love the staff and the level of care provided at Inspire! They do not just “watch” my child. They have made sure he grows socially, behaviorally, and academically. He has learned all of his letters, numbers, shapes, hand writing, and even Spanish! I’m so pleased with the quality of care and would highly recommend Inspire to anyone looking for child care.“
