Who We Are
We are a family-owned and operated small group of childcare’s across the Rochester NY region. We have been part of this community for over 15 years, with roots going back to our first school in 1984.
We built Inspire on a simple idea: families should feel confident leaving their children with people who truly care.
Our difference is our team. We hire for character as much as experience—people who are patient, engaged, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being.
And we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every child and family is different. We take the time to understand what matters to you and support your child’s growth, safety, and development in a way that feels personal.
We hold ourselves to a high standard and keep improving—because that’s what your family deserves.
Our Values
- Family – We are an extension of the families who utilize our services and we are very proud and thankful for that. Furthermore, we are like a family in our centers and in our locations, working closely and always supporting one another to achieve our goals.
- Authenticity and Integrity – We are genuine and candid, but with diplomacy in the way we work with our families, our regulators and with each other. We are a “stand-up” business in our community and we are leaders in our industry for this reason.
- Fun – We truly want to have fun in everything we do. Work can be challenging at times, but we all own our own experiences and we should always bring fun and laughter to our centers. Fun translates to our staff, the children, and families and to our leadership.
- Trust – We are entrusted with the security and safety of our children as well as the teachers and staff who serve them. Confidence in our ability to do what we say we are able to do is very important to our success.
- Learning and Creativity – First and foremost, we are Learning Centers that educate and develop the whole child. We expand young minds through cognitive learning, including literacy and common core elements, social/emotional learning, as well as both large and small motor skills. We will always develop our staff and leadership through many modalities that relate to the individual.
- Community – We are part of our local communities, an extension of those communities and constantly work to make them a better place for everyone. We work with local charities and businesses to better our communities and support the people within them.
We are family locally owned and operated for over 15 years and have taken on a childcare program that started with our first location opening in 1984.
Our Vision here at Inspire! is to be the leader in quality early childhood development throughout our region and act as a model of what child learning and care centers should be throughout the country.
We believe we are uniquely different unlike many of the large national and local chains as we focus mainly on our secret sauce to success; our staff! When you focus on hiring the best, not becuase of education only, but becuase of cultural fit, you find teammates who truly care about the children and our schools. We also belive that our greatest diffierentiator is our individual focus on each child. What is important to their families needs and what we jointly plan for the overall development, care, education, safety and security for th eindividual, as to only a group mentality.
We will always strive for the very best, yet seek to continue to learn daily on how we can improve to meet the needs of our families and our staff members.
